New Beginnings

When I look back, my life really has been a journey. Now, as I get ready to retire, I find myself experiencing a mix of emotions I didn’t expect. The truth is, I never thought I’d be doing it solo, and while that idea makes me a little nervous, there’s also a sense of excitement about the unknown. I feel both anxious and hopeful about what’s ahead, but I’m ready to embrace it with an open mind and heart.

I’m looking forward to finding new and interesting places. I can’t wait to have coffee on the beach and listen to the waves. Maybe I’ll find myself on a mountain, enjoying the view, or under Montana’s wide blue sky. I might spend time at a homeless shelter, listening to stories from people who are often ignored. Maybe I’ll come across an abandoned town or a hidden castle in the woods. Wherever I go, I trust it will be the right place for me. Along the way, I’d love for friends to join me for a leg of the journey. Whether it’s sharing a campfire or exploring new scenery together, everyone is welcome to be part of the adventure.
